Create A Cake metallic cupcake cases or silicone muffin cases Simple and Quick
Preparation
1. Preheat the air-fryer to 160°C.
2. Combine the egg, yogurt, milk, oil, and vanilla in a bowl using a whisk. Add the caster sugar and stir until well mixed.
3. Next, pour in the flour and cocoa powder and include the salt and majority of the chocolate chips. Mix everything together until well blended, ensuring there are no streaks of flour remaining.
4. Arrange the cake liners on the counter and evenly distribute the batter among them using a spoon. Sprinkle the chocolate chips that were set aside on top.
5. After preheating, take out the basket from the air-fryer and gently place the cake cases into it. Arrange them in a way that they are close to each other, ideally touching.
6. Bake the muffins in the air-fryer for 12–15 minutes until they have risen nicely and the tops bounce back when touched. Take them out of the air-fryer and let them cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes before enjoying.
Suggestion: Before using your air fryer, see how many cake cases it can accommodate. You might have to divide the muffin-making process into two separate batches.
